Write to support@yogo-organizer.com. Say what you were doing (loading a playlist, applying changes, suggesting Super Tags), which button you pressed, and what the popup or the dashboard said. That is usually enough to find the problem.

Questions

What can it load?

Your YouTube playlists, Liked videos, Watch later and watch history. Pick them in the extension's popup; Yogo reads each one in a YouTube tab and adds it to your library. A video that sits in several places is counted once, with every place it is in.

What can it change?

It can add videos to a playlist, move them from one playlist to another, remove them from a playlist or from your watch history, and take them out of Liked videos (an un-like). Every change waits in Review until you press Apply. A move adds first and removes from the old place only once the add is confirmed.

Can I undo a change?

Before Apply, yes. Drop any row from Review, or Discard all (and Undo that too). After Apply the change is on YouTube itself; an added video can be removed again, but a removal from watch history or an un-like cannot be reversed by Yogo. The Activity log keeps a record of what was applied.

Why must the YouTube tab stay in front while it applies?

YouTube only finishes opening its menus in a visible tab, so Yogo brings its tab forward, keeps the screen awake, and pauses if you switch away. Leave the computer alone until it says it is done, which usually takes about a minute per 15 videos.

The Apply stopped part-way. Why?

Without credits, each Apply changes up to 100 videos and leaves the rest waiting for the next one. It also stops if YouTube refuses several actions in a row. Nothing is replayed blindly. Check Review and apply again.

What are Super Tags and tag rules?

A Super Tag is a saved search on keywords, channels, length or views that finds matching videos in one click. A tag rule on a Super Tag says what to do with its matches, like "move these to Cooking". Rules never act by themselves. Select videos, choose More → Apply tag rules, and review what they propose.

How do credits work?

Everything is free, with a limit of 100 videos per Apply. Any credit pack (€5 for 500, €10 for 1,200) removes that limit for good, and credits pay for Yogo AI suggestions, at 10 each, or 20 for more than 500 videos. Credits don't expire. Using your own AI assistant instead is always free.

I lost my key.

Reply to the email your key came in, or to your Stripe receipt, and we will send it again. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days the same way.

Does my library leave my computer?

No. Your library, Super Tags, collections and pending changes stay in your browser. Thumbnails and previews load from YouTube; Yogo AI, if you use it, receives only the titles and channels of the videos you chose. The privacy policy has the full details.

Why does it need these permissions?

Storage keeps your library on your device. Access to youtube.com/playlist, /feed/playlists and /feed/history lets Yogo read those pages and press their own buttons when you apply. Power keeps the screen awake during an Apply. Access to api.yogo-organizer.com is asked for only if you use Yogo AI.
