What Yogo Organizer is

Yogo Organizer is a Chrome extension that finds entries in your own YouTube and Google Activity history by topic, shows them to you, and — only when you press a named button — deletes them or moves them into one of your playlists. It has no server, no account, and no sign-in of its own.

What Yogo Organizer reads

• Your Google Activity entries, on myactivity.google.com: each entry's title, date, and kind.
• Which account the page belongs to, on myactivity.google.com: the account name and e-mail address Google shows in that page's own header. Yogo Organizer reads it for one reason — to print "Signed in as …" in the confirmation before a delete, so you never delete from the wrong account. It is kept with that scan on your device and never sent anywhere.
• Your YouTube playlist contents, on youtube.com/playlist and youtube.com/feed/playlists: video titles, channel names, thumbnail URLs, and position in the list.
• Public video pages, only when you use the optional "Look up" feature: a video's category, keywords, view count, and duration.

Yogo Organizer reads these by running on the pages you are already signed into and viewing, the same information you can see yourself on screen.

Why

Solely to build the review list you match against a topic and then act on. Yogo Organizer does not analyse, profile, or score you, and it does not act on anything until you press a button naming the action.

Where it goes

Nowhere, by default. Everything Yogo Organizer reads is written to chrome.storage.local on your own device. There is no Yogo Organizer server. The developer cannot see your data. It is never sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party.

The one exception, stated precisely: the optional "Look up" feature, which runs only when you tap it and confirm the cost shown on screen, sends a plain GET request to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=<video id> for each video you selected, to read that video's public category, keywords, view count and duration. That request carries no cookies, no account identifier, and nothing else about you — only a video ID that is already visible in your own playlist or history. It is the same page anyone on the internet could open without being signed in.

Paying for Pro, and tipping, happen outside the extension. The optional Pro unlock is bought on a Stripe checkout page that opens in an ordinary browser tab; the tip links open Ko-fi, PayPal or Stripe the same way. Yogo Organizer never sends anything to either, never sees your payment details, and contains no payment code. After paying you receive a licence key, which you paste into Settings. The key is checked on your own device against a public key built into the extension — activating it makes no network request, and the key is never transmitted anywhere.

Yogo Organizer also offers to build a plain-text summary of your scan for you to paste into an AI chat tool of your own choosing. Yogo Organizer does not send that anywhere — copying it and choosing where to paste it is entirely your action, and it is subject to the privacy policy of whatever tool you paste it into.

What Yogo Organizer stores, and for how long

Scan results, your saved topic groups, your settings, your Pro licence key if you activated one, and a short audit trail of recent completed runs (titles, channels, dates) are kept in chrome.storage.local on your device. They persist until you start a new scan, clear the run, press "Delete all data" in Settings, or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes all of it, because nothing is stored anywhere else.

Yogo Organizer also keeps a small local diagnostic log of the steps in a run — including the titles and video IDs it acted on — so that a crash mid-run leaves something to look at afterwards. It is capped, never leaves your device, and is removed when you uninstall.

Deletions are permanent

When Yogo Organizer deletes a Google Activity entry, it clicks the same delete control you would click yourself. Google keeps no copy and offers no undo. Neither Yogo Organizer nor the developer can restore a deleted entry. Review your selection before you commit.

No tracking

Yogo Organizer contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. This is checkable: the extension's entire network activity is the single YouTube page request described above.

Permissions

• storage — to keep your scan, groups, settings and audit trail on your device.
• unlimitedStorage — so a large history scan (thousands of entries) is not cut off by Chrome's default storage quota. It raises the ceiling for the same on-device data; nothing else is stored.
• myactivity.google.com — to read and delete your Activity entries, on your command.
• youtube.com — to read your playlists and move videos between them, on your command, and to fetch public video pages for the optional "Look up" feature.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
